DCX Managed VPS includes initial setup, standard migration and administration of a supported Linux web environment on request, with no additional management fee.
We tune PHP-FPM, OPcache, the web server, CPU and memory allocation, service limits and MariaDB parameters for the plan resources, database size and actual workload.
We configure firewall and SSH access, apply baseline security hardening, limit malicious bots and monitor the DCX infrastructure.
We perform a standard migration when a compatible control panel or supported migration tool enables a reliable transfer. Requests are accepted 24/7 and handled according to priority.
VPS resources are activated after payment confirmation. Managed setup and migration begin after access, compatibility and the transfer schedule have been confirmed.
The infrastructure is designed for stable operation and continuous monitoring. Requests can be submitted 24/7 and incidents are handled according to priority.
Infrastructure in Serbia reduces network latency for users in Southeast Europe and provides a stable regional hosting location.
NVMe RAID 1 protects against a single disk failure but is not a backup. A weekly backup is included, while an individual full-system backup to remote storage is available for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
WordPress, WooCommerce and many PHP requests often depend on the speed of an individual core. DCX combines strong single-core performance with managed tuning of web and database services.
Faster PHP request execution can reduce page generation time and improve website response.
Faster processing of individual requests helps checkout, orders and the WordPress dashboard remain more responsive.
Managed tuning of PHP, the web server and MariaDB helps the available vCPU and RAM resources work more efficiently.
Internal measurement on the DCX Užice VPS infrastructure. Results depend on the plan, operating system, current load and configuration.
The price includes initial setup, baseline security hardening, server resource optimization and administration of a supported Linux web environment on request. Requests are accepted 24/7 and handled according to priority.

It includes migration of one complete hosting environment when compatible control panels or a supported migration tool enable a reliable automated transfer. We verify access and compatibility before starting. Manual, non-standard and complex migrations are assessed separately.
VPS resources are activated after payment confirmation. Managed setup and migration begin after access, compatibility and the transfer schedule have been confirmed.
A weekly backup is included. Restore conditions are confirmed with support. An individual full-system backup to remote storage can be configured for an additional fee. RAID 1 provides disk redundancy but is not a backup.
The VPS infrastructure is located in Užice, Serbia and is intended for projects that value low regional latency and direct support. The uptime target is 99.9%. A contractual SLA with service credits is not included with these plans.
Each plan defines a number of shared vCPU resources on the Intel Core i9-14900KS platform, RAM and NVMe RAID 1 storage. A vCPU is not a dedicated physical core. Actual clock speed and performance depend on load and resource scheduling.
